DINNER CHOICES

LOCATION: J Squared Barrel House (*UPDATED*) @ 1520 Commerce Ave, Longview, WA 98632
SCHEDULE: 5:30 - Networking Social, 6:00 - Dinner, 7:00 - Speaker
DINNER INCLUDES: Entrée, and soda.
DINNER OPTIONS:
Dressing Choices are; Ranch, Lemon Vinaigrette, or Green Goddess
1. Not Your Typical Wedge – Artisan Romaine, Fresh Blue Cheese Crumbles, Organic Heirloom Tomatoes & Warm Bacon, Drizzled with House Green Goddess Dressing & Balsamic Glaze with Grilled Chicken.
2. Chicken Pesto Pasta – Garlicky, Pesto Cream Sauce with Grilled Chicken Topped with Fresh Parm & Basil. Served with Garlic Bread.
3. Smoked Bratwurst – Mama Lils Peppers, Stone-ground Mustard & Caramelized Onions with a Side Salad.
Choice of Dressing: Ranch, Green Goddess or Lemon Vinaigrette
4. Bruschetta and Side Salad – Crostini with goat cheese, fresh tomato & Basil and Balsamic Drizzle with a Side Salad of Romaine Lettuce, Cucumber & Heirloom Tomatoes. Choice of Dressing: Ranch, Green Goddess, or Lemon Vinaigrette.
DINNER PRICE: $35.00 per person.
